Produces a whole range of wildlife discovery packs for children to help them have fun learning about the wildlife around them. These include the Islay Wildlife Discovery Pack full of fun observational and hands-on activities.
The best place on the island to find out and learn about the wildlife on Islay, what to expect to see, whats about just now and lots of hands on activities for families and children. Open Easter to end of October.
The RSPB has two reserves on Islay which caters for visitors, Loch Gruinart and The Oa. The Oa has a small amount of interpretation and a circular walk. Loch Gruinart has a visitor centre, hide and woodland walk. Both are open all year round.
